ONLINE BILL PAYMENTS FOR MEDICAL ACCOUNTS

Anesthesiologist Associated (AA) Payments only

To make a payment online via debit or credit card use the blue LAW PAY button to the right. All payments made to our office must include the patient's name as it is listed on the letter and the 8 digit "Esdale's claim number" (ex. XXXX - XXXX). If you include an email address you will receive an immediate receipt for your transaction.

Payments can also be mailed to our office in the form of personal checks or money orders made out to The Esdale Law Firm.

Payments cannot be made with a flex card or health savings card through our office. Please call AA directly at 205-848-2925 to pay with a flex card or health savings card.

There is no fee charged to the patient to process a debit or credit card transaction.

Law Pay

Payments for Alfa Insurance (your drivers license) may be made in the form of cash, check, or money order ONLY and made out to the Esdale Law Firm. Please include your printed name and your file number on all payments made to our office. Payments for Alfa accounts are NOT currently accepted electronically, i.e. by debit card, credit card, venmo, paypal, electronic check, etc.

This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. If this debt was/is included in any bankruptcy case or if you received a bankruptcy discharge of this debt, please notify this office and in that case this letter is not an attempt to collect, recover or offset any discharged debt previously incurred by you.
