The Esdale Law Firm has been working together in Birmingham for over 30 years and has a proven track record of success. We use that experience to help you get the you need. 

• Our address is 1740 Oxmoor Road Suite 220 Birmingham, AL 35209. A map of our location is included on the HOME tab. 

• Our office is located inside the Founders Trust Center on the corner of Oxmoor Road and Crescent Avenue in Homewood. We are in a yellow brick building with a brown roof.

• We moved from 3250 Independence Drive in 2017 and our mail is no longer being forwarded. Please make sure to list the Oxmoor Road address as well as your return address on any mail sent to our office.

• For ALFA (car wreck/drivers license) your payment is due BEFORE the 15th day of every month. ALFA payments must be CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER ONLY! (No debit or credit cards.) Make sure your file number (ex. SWH XXXX) is listed on all payments made to our office.

• Appointments are not required to drop off monthly payments. We are open from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday with an hour break for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30. After hours payments can be slid under our office door. 

• Appointments are required  for legal consultations and to receive any paperwork from our office (including drivers license releases) Please email us using the HOME tab to schedule an appointment.
